Invite User Process

Success! Shep is installed and you want to invite your friends and colleagues. There are a few ways to do this.

To invite users immediately after installing, ensure that all emails are complete (include an @ & a valid domain) and separated by a comma. 

 

Within the Admin Dashboard, adding team members is a component of the Admin’s user management instead of an open invitation field, therefore the emails must be complete and have the same domain as your organization

 

If an Admin wants to invite friends or colleagues outside of your organization, you can click the Invite button in the Shep extensionYou MUST click the Invite button in the extension. Visiting app.sheptravel.com/invite directly will not send invites correctly.
